Any repairs needed in Marco Island? Just wondering. Our last friends who made your trip had damage from entering a harbor after a hurricane and there was an underwater sand bar there now, that did not show up on the nautical map.

Thanks for this question. We don’t need any major repairs now except to replace our starboard rudder, damaged by a log during our river travel. Fortunately, we were able to find a captain-trained boat maintenance man who is checking our boat weekly while it is in Marco Island, and recommending service techs as needed.
